Our classes are a mix of slow flow and dynamic postures to move prana, our cosmic life-energy. Prana energy, when flowing freely, allows us to experience a state of positivity, health and well-being. Combined with meditative poses, we connect to an inner sense of calm. We understand that a balanced yoga class integrates mind and body, allowing students to unite feelings of empowerment and peace.
Check out our schedule below and note beginning in March we will be recording our Monday morning and evening classes and sending them out on Monday evening to our members to enjoy throughout the week when you feel you need some extra yoga.
