RESTORATIVE + TOUCH

Our monthly NEW MOON circle is going to relax your body and ignite your soul!

​

Settle in for 90 minutes creating space during the NEW MOON energy to manifest your heart's desire.

​

We will explore a fully supported Restorative Yoga practice complete with healing hands-on touch.

 

Slow down and soften with their offerings in each restorative pose. You will drift towards Savasana with a special aroma and be guided along a meditative journey to manifest your dreams as we work with the New Moon energy. 

 

Students are asked to dress comfortably and warm, please bring your own mat (props will be provided).

 

You will leave with a NEW MOON crystal infused with your intention.
