I AM Fabulous Workshop

During this live in-person workshop you will be guided into a series of Yin poses where you will have the opportunity to explore the healing powers of essential oils.

Each pose will target a different emotional state supported by a specific essential oil.

After the yin portion of the class, we will dive into the concept of how essential oils affect various elements in our bodies and you will leave feeling fabulous with an 'I Love Myself' oil blend to keep the fabulous alive.

Carrie and Nancy look forward to seeing you in the flesh but please wear something comfortable and bring your own mat and props will be supplied
